Welcome

Dear Visitors,

GGS is an innovative business school for management and law. We educate managers and the next generation of executive leaders, providing them with qualifications to obtain advanced level positions within organizations.

Our part-time master’s degrees for working professionals and our full-time M.Sc. motivate young individuals and managers to assume responsibility for their firms and for society. Our aim is to educate and develop responsible business leaders who will make a contribution to sustainable entrepreneurial success and economic growth. Course schedules and curricula for the master’s programmes can be found under Degree Programmes.

We are committed to intensive partnerships with our students and our partner firms. Through the General Context Programme and individualized mentoring by our professors, we offer top-rate support to our students. And our services as a business school go further than that. Our Executive Education provides a multi-faceted and practice-oriented palette – from individualized coaching for board members and executives to open and company-tailored seminars, webinars, and corporate university models all the way to certifications. Our partners profit from workplace-relevant teaching formats and insights obtained through research we conduct at GGS following top international standards.

Our core competency is manifested in the cohesion of our faculty, guest faculty, service orientation and infrastructure: all activities are built upon our research. We place highest value on rigorous research and concentrate on the three topics of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Compliance. We present and publish our results at international conferences and in leading journals.

We are satisfied only when research and practice are mutually beneficial. This conviction also applies to our joint doctoral programme with the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder and our collaborative oversight of doctoral candidates from universities such as Mannheim, Bamberg, Hohenheim, and Frankfurt.

I invite you to spend some time getting to know us. Join us for one of our Info Days to learn more about the qualities that set GGS apart. Or attend one of our many public lectures. We will be delighted to meet you!

Best wishes,
Tomás Bayón
